Shayna Englin

Shayna Englin is the Managing Director of North America at Change.org. With 20 years of experience in campaigns and advocacy at all levels of government, Shayna is an expert on grassroots advocacy strategies -- in particular the intersection of digital and traditional tactics.

Before joining Change.org, Shayna was one of few women in senior leadership at Mercury, LLC, a leading public affairs firm, and she built and ran her own public affairs firm based in Washington, DC, and Los Angeles, CA advising major national organizations on strategic policy communications and grassroots advocacy. Her issue area expertise includes education from preschool through college, gun violence prevention, and health care.

Shayna holds a Masters in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and has served as adjunct faculty for George Washington Graduate School of Political Management, and the Georgetown Master of Professional Studies in Public Relations and Corporate Communications programs.
